We
have had a good response to my blog a couple of weeks ago relating to an
Employment Relations Authority case (scroll down to read the blog or click here).
Many
of you as employers are clearly frustrated with the processes around personal
grievances and employment disputes generally. We are working actively
with BusinessNZ who look after our interests in Wellington and we hope we can
have some influence and input into making some positive changes to processes.
