The Chamber is proud of the
robust democratic process around the election of its Board. It is worth
remembering that the Chamber belongs to its members and the
members determine the governance of the organisation.
We have for many years had in
place a simple electronic voting mechanism provided by electionz.com which is
very informative and user friendly. Eligible member organisations will have
received an email from electionz.com on Monday 21 September with their
unique identification number (PIN) and password. For details on voting please click here.
The results of the election
will be announced at the Annual General Meeting to be held at 4:00pm on
Wednesday 14 October at the Isaac Theatre Royal. The guest speaker Phil
O'Reilly, BusinessNZ Chief Executive, will discuss the relevance and importance
of regional business support organisations in the context of the fast changing
